At Villa Lena we produce our own wine on site. Start your experience off with a tour of our vineyard and then sample both our own products, plus some from the local region, and delve into the world of organic, biodynamic and natural wines.Â

Morning yoga with Maria Kristensson
Location: Fattoria Yoga StudioÂ
Start your day with meditation followed by a grounding hatha flow. The intention for this class is to connect to presence and set a foundation from which you can strengthen, expand and open up for a bright new day. You'll be invited to tune into your breath and what's present within. Then guided through a variation of postures linking breath with movement, finally landing for a soothing while's rest in shavasana. A class for all levels

Challenge yourself to create compelling compositions by using the traditional linocut technique by first drawing and then carving it. Finally, transfer the visual onto paper, using a burnisher to print. Take your unique print home with you.

Afternoon yoga with Maria Kristensson
Location: Fattoria Yoga StudioÂ
Come unwind your day with this yang yin yoga class. You'll be guided through some dynamic postures and playful movements to steam off any excessive energy from the day. Then slowly transition towards the ground for some longer held stretches inviting you to connect to that deeper breath. Class is rounded off by a short yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep, followed by shavasana to fully let go.Â
