Who is welcome?

Absolutely, we are geared towards families and have plenty to keep the little ones entertained, as well as the parents. Kids under 3 stay free and under 12s get a 40% discount. Cots are available for rooms on request and for a small fee.

Are pets welcome? arrow-down

Yes we welcome pets – they can stay in your room and join you in the restaurant so long as they are well behaved!

Do you provide a babysitting service? arrow-down

If you fancy a night off without the kids in tow, we can help you to book local babysitters. Just email or ask at reception.

Do you offer rates for solo travellers? arrow-down

Yes we do! We recommend you contact our front office team on to get the best solo traveller rates.

About your stay

What time is check-in and check-out? arrow-down

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later that is possible, depending on availability of your room and for a small fee. Please discuss with reception.

Is Wifi available? arrow-down

Yes we have wifi in all buildings and by the pool.

What does the room rate include? arrow-down

Half-board rates include breakfast and dinner whilst bed and breakfast rates include just breakfast. Access to the facilities and grounds is included in all room rates.

What amenities can I find in the rooms and apartments? arrow-down

Cars & Travelling

Is there a car park? arrow-down

Yes there is plenty of parking – we have a main car park near the reception and restaurant, as well as space for cars near the accommodation options which are a little further from the main hub. On arrival at Villa Lena please feel free to pull up in front of reception however please don’t leave your cars parked there or on the side of the road.

Can I charge my electric car there? arrow-down

You can! We have two Tesla charging points available at reception.

Does the hotel provide transfers, and if so how can I book one? arrow-down

We can certainly help you to arrange a transfer from the airport, train station or another location within Italy. Please contact reception to discuss your requirements and we will obtain a quote.


Can you cater for dietary requirements including for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs? arrow-down

We can cater for almost any dietary requirements (within reason!) so just let reception know when booking and we will ensure the restaurant is aware of your needs.
