A moment of self-care, where the focus is our body, the connection between the parts and breathing. A low impact practice that helps build muscles in a gentle way, with small radius movements but deep, to align the posture by regulating the center of gravity, thus giving greater harmony and fluidity in movements and improving the flexibility of the whole
body. Mindful Pilates is presence and care of the movement with which the exercises are performed repetitions, the subtlety and precision of them.
