Afternoon Yoga with Isobel Spence
Price: € 20 – Unwind from your day with a calming yin yang flow. This class incorporates a strong yin flow to focus the mind, followed by a gentle yang flow to ease you into a peaceful state. Synchronising breath with movement, this yin yang class exercises the strengthening, psychological and spiritual elements of yoga. This class will begin with a pranayama breath-work exercise and end with a guided meditation.
