Nidra is also known as the “yogic sleep”, a state of consciousness that can become available when you give your body permission to rest while your consciousness remains awake and aware.
A few body movements before breathwork (pranayama) will lead us to guided meditation. YogaNidra allows us to connect with the deepest level of our consciousness, for this reason is very helpful to journaling after the meditation (this part of the practice will remain private for each participant).
Some benefits of this practice are better sleep, body tensions release and it can also amplify creativity.
