Afternoon Yoga with Melissa Koh
Get ready to sleep well in this meditative, restorative yoga class. We will use bolsters and blankets to hold each pose for 5-15 minutes in a slow release. Along with guided meditation, this will activate deep relaxation and rebalance your systems. Melt into your mat and tune in with your breath. This is an accessible practice for all levels and physical abilities, including those living with disability, anxiety, or chronic pain.
