Homemade granola by Alexis Delaney:
250g coarsely chopped walnuts
100g sunflower seeds
100g ground coconut
100g oat flakes
50g sesame seeds
100g flax seeds
100g extra vidrgin olive oil
100g vegetable oil
2 tsp salt
Mix well and place in a tray in the oven for 45 min, temperature 150C
