Taste the seasons!
Join us in September to celebrate the changing seasons, creative cuisine and the very best of farm-to-table dining with American chef Sasha Grumman. Sasha has worked with leading and Michelin starred chefs throughout America and was competed on popular US TV show Top Chef which aired earlier this year. Sasha’s food is inspired by her Sicilian and California roots. The menu has been designed to highlight the best seasonal ingredients offering the freshest produce from Villa Lena’s organic vegetable gardens and the best early autumn flavours.
Connect with the Villa Lena community over a delicious rustic Tuscan menu celebrating Italian cuisine and produce with four courses of feasting including her infamous focaccia, to be enjoyed with fresh ricotta, almonds, smokey peppers and garden herbs, and a mouthwatering dolci of meringue, basil cream and late summer fruit. All of this is to be enjoyed with live music and our very own Villa Lena wines, included in the price.
The setting for this dinner will be in front of the majestic, orange hued villa with a tablescape designed artist Jess Wheeler, using the menu’s ingredients to adorn the table and create a spectacular backdrop for Sasha’s food.
