Location: Fattoria Yoga Studio 

Come unwind your day with this yang yin yoga class. You'll be guided through some dynamic postures and playful movements to steam off any excessive energy from the day. Then slowly transition towards the ground for some longer held stretches inviting you to connect to that deeper breath. Class is rounded off by a short yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep, followed by shavasana to fully let go.

Deliziatevi con la cucina toscana nel nostro ristorante!

Per quanto riguarda l’Osteria, saremo aperti tutti i fine settimana dal venerdì sera alla domenica a pranzo, almeno fino a Natale, su richiesta apriamo anche il venerdì mattina/pranzo e la domenica sera, poi dipende dalle camere, ad esempio questa settimana avremmo due notti per dormire anche la domenica sera, e per i gruppi possiamo aprire anche durante la settimana.
