Afternoon yoga with Maria Kristensson

Location: Fattoria Yoga Studio 

Come unwind your day with this yang yin yoga class. You'll be guided through some dynamic postures and playful movements to steam off any excessive energy from the day. Then slowly transition towards the ground for some longer held stretches inviting you to connect to that deeper breath. Class is rounded off by a short yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep, followed by shavasana to fully let go. 

A class for all levels
