Open for all levels this class allows you to explore the depth within their bodies & minds as we welcome a new day, cleansing any stagnant energy with our breath as we move. Naturally toning the body & mind as well as supporting circulation, the digestive & nervous systems, promoting relaxation & clarity of thought for the day ahead.
