Yoga for Kids

Kids are natural yogis. In this class, the children will explore how to be present through breath, movement and relaxation with yogi in residence Miriam Feinsilber. In a fun and playful environment, yoga is taught by imitating the animals and plants which names are given to the different yoga poses. Every class ends with a guided relaxation.
