Full Moon Yoga

It is believed that the full moon has a special energy, affecting us in mysterious ways. In this workshop, that will be held under the moonlight, we will explore the influence of the moon with cooling techniques. We will do moon salutations, which are soothing and quieting as opposed to the more heating and stimulating sun salutations. We will also work with grounding poses, breathing techniques that are named after the moon, and end with a long savasana.
