Transition from a vibrant day into a peaceful evening. The first half of class is a breath-based, meditative flow. The second half of class will focus on ground-based movement, restorative stretches, and meditation. Created to help you filter out any unwanted energies and maintain spiritual balance, this class will leave you grounded and ready for a relaxing sunset. This class is healing for people with back and neck pain.

Wine Tasting
At Villa Lena we produce our own wine on site. Start your experience off with a tour of our vineyard and then sample both our own products, plus some from the local region, and delve into the world of organic, biodynamic and natural wines.
Wine will be served with fresh focaccia and local cold cuts.
