Explore fermentation and natural preservation methods as a metaphor for collaboration, community living and autonomy. Learn the basics of fermentation, pickling and preserving, while discussing the possibility of ferments as creative practice, as site-specific objects and archives. Participants can take home recipes, as well as samples of their ferments and pickles.
Drop the kids off at our daily kids club so you can make the most of your holiday. From 3.30-6.30pm each day there will be supervised games, workshops and films in Fattoria.
Experience the power of intuitive drawing as a means of meditation. The workshop will start with movement and breathing exercises followed by a number of dynamic drawing exercises. Longer poses will follow inviting you to move around the space and explore the parameters of your visual language.
