Start your day off with meditation followed by a dynamic vinyasa flow. This class focuses on reconnecting your mind with your body through a strong and creative sequence of postures. Aimed to cultivate energy, these classes will build strength and stamina whilst focusing and calming the mind. This is an inclusive class for all levels.
