Morning Yoga

Body warm up and detox combined with breathing exercises

Join us on the mat for a dynamic morning flow. Concentrate the mind and body through a vinyasa sequence with music, coordinating breath and movement. Designed to challenge the body, these classes are great for strengthening, lengthening and aligning the body alongside developing cardiovascular fitness and stamina. With Liam and Paloma. 

Terms & Conditions

– Paid workshop costs this will be added to your final bill at the check out.
– For bookings over 4 participants please contact reception.
– At peak time workshops can be oversubscribed, but we will always do our best to ensure that everybody is able to take part in one of our experiences.
– Food workshops must be before 10 am on that morning                              –Truffle experience activities must be booked 24 hours in advance
Wine tasting must be booked 24 hours in advance.
– This schedule is subject to change by Villa Lena management
– For paid workshops you will be charged unless we receive 24 hours notice for cancelation. 
– To cancel, please email  with at least 24 hours notice to avoid charges
– If you do not arrive before the start time of a workshop, your spot will be offered to someone on the waitlist
– If you are on the waitlist for a workshop please feel free to show up in case of last minute cancellations, otherwise we will email you if a place becomes available.
