Morning Yoga with Melissa Koh
Transition from a vibrant day into a peaceful evening. The first half of class is a breath-based, meditative flow. The second half of class will focus on ground-based movement, restorative stretches, and meditation. Created to help you filter out any unwanted energies and maintain spiritual balance, this class will leave you grounded and ready for a relaxing sunset. This class is healing for people with back and neck pain.
