Fermen-tour with Inês Neto Dos Santos
Exploring fermentation as a metaphor for collaborative practices, community living and autonomy. In this session you will learn the basics of fermentation, pickling and preserving, while discussing the possibility of ferments as site-specific archives, multi-sensory pathways of connection between humans and Nature.
Participants will take home recipes, as well as samples of their ferments.
NB some sessions may cover kvass + sauerkraut, whilst others will be about kefir + kimchi.
