Unwind and reflect on your day with Liam and Paloma, this open level class gives you the chance to stretch, rebalance and reconnect. The vinyasa sequence synchronises breath with movement as you flow through postures and transitions, integrating the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of yoga including meditation, breath awareness and alignment adjustments.
