Deeply Sweet (Afternoon Yin Yoga Sessions) with Victoria Larsson
Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice. It draws on wisdom from Chinese medicine, as well as the Buddha. Rather than building heat and fighting gravity, we cool down and surrender to the gravitational pull.
That said, these sessions may be intense in their own special way. Pranayama, yogic wisdom and meditation will be weaved in.
All levels of experience welcome.
