Incandescent Rest — A Yoga Nidra Workshop with Victoria Larsson
Yoga Nidra is both a technique and a state of consciousness. Through shedding layers of stress and tension, via a guided meditation, we aim to get in touch with the cool, calm depths of our being. Beyond the doing.
This workshop will start with a brief introduction to the practice and tradition. Then we’ll build our own little Yoga Nidra nest, settle into it, and start receiving.
A sweet ending to the week, and a perfect bridge to a restful night.
