CLARITY CLUB — Meditation 101 with Victoria Larsson
We all know, deep inside, that our happiness and wellbeing is an inside job. But we forget all the time. We keep thinking that if I only accomplish this, get that, then I will be happy, then I’ll start living.
In reality, the state of our mind is what will have the biggest influence on how we experience life. The good news is that the mind can be trained. And one powerful way of doing so is through mindfulness meditation.
This workshop begins with a quick introduction to this tradition, and what modern science knows about how it actually works.
Then we will do a little bit of mindful movement, followed by a little breathwork before we sit together for a guided meditation. Afterwards, there will be time for questions and/or sharing.
Suitable for absolute beginners, serious beginners but also more experienced practitioners who know how lovely it is the meditate with others.
