Afternoon Yoga

Relaxing yoga – Stretching, releasing and meditation in the late afternoon with Miriam Feinsilber.

Relax, refresh, restore.

Gift yourself some time to slow down and rest. We’ll breath through a sweet sequence with soothing yoga postures to let go of any stiffness. With the  support of bolsters and blocks, we’ll be able to completely surrender in deep meditation. You’ll leave feeling grounded, centered, stretched out and ready to take on your evening at Villa Lena. Open for all levels, come as you are.

Terms & Conditions

– Paid workshop costs this will be added to your final bill at the check out.
– For bookings over 4 participants please contact reception.
– At peak time workshops can be oversubscribed, but we will always do our best to ensure that everybody is able to take part in one of our experiences.
– Food workshops must be before 10 am on that morning                              –Truffle experience activities must be booked 24 hours in advance
Wine tasting must be booked 24 hours in advance.
– This schedule is subject to change by Villa Lena management
– For paid workshops you will be charged unless we receive 24 hours notice for cancelation. 
– To cancel, please email  with at least 24 hours notice to avoid charges
– If you do not arrive before the start time of a workshop, your spot will be offered to someone on the waitlist
– If you are on the waitlist for a workshop please feel free to show up in case of last minute cancellations, otherwise we will email you if a place becomes available.
