Hatha classes with Nathalie Czarnecki
Suitable for all levels, this class offers a number of asanas ‘body postures’ that are held for a longer period of time than in dynamic flow class. In Sanskrit ‘hatha’ means ‘Discipline of Force’ whereby the asanas are used to strengthen the physical body and through breath, activate the internal heat.
